COWE (Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs) was established to champion the cause of women-led entrepreneurship in India. It began as a small collective with a bold vision: to create a national movement of empowered women business leaders.

    Nationwide Expansion & Government Recognition

Having served on the board of MSME, NIMSME, NSIC, and SIDBI, as well as being a member of the AP Industrial Task Force and the Steering Committee of GRoW, I have contributed to shaping initiatives that drive industrial and entrepreneurial growth. Under this guidance, COWE has expanded its footprint across multiple states, establishing regional chapters and earning recognition from both central and state governments as a key implementation partner for MSME and women empowerment programs.

From launching e-commerce platforms like COWE Mart to forming global partnerships, COWE embraced technology and international exposure—reaching over 25,000 women entrepreneurs with mentoring, funding, and market access. During this period, COWE also strengthened its international presence by partnering with WEBANC USA, WEConnect, and women associations in South Africa and Sri Lanka, collaborating with GIZ and ZDH Sequa, and serving as an implementing partner for ISDP, while contributing as a Steering Committee member of GRoW.
