i) Women who are entrepreneurs or aspiring to be entrepreneurs and who are willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the Confederation and its objectives are eligible to make an application for admission as members of the Confederation either in their own individual capacity or in the name of their Company, Corporate, Corporation, Association, Partnership or Limited Liability Partnership.

ii) Any other form of organization, which is managed by a woman and willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the Confederation and its objectives is eligible to become a member of COWE on making an application.
